• Late Arrivals
  If you arrive late, we may need to adjust or shorten your service to accommodate other clients. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a cancellation and may result in a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation Policy
  We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee, and no-shows may be charged the full service amount.

Gift Vouchers

• Gift Voucher Policy
  Gift vouchers are available for purchase in-store and online. They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for any service or product at Boutique Nails.
• Non-Refundable
  Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be used in full during a single visit, as no change will be provided for unused value.
• Lost or Stolen Vouchers
  Boutique Nails is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Promotional or Prize-Linked Gift Vouchers
  If a gift voucher is issued as part of a specific promotion, event, or prize the validity period may be shorter. In such cases, the applicable expiration date will be clearly communicated at the time of issuance, either through a WhatsApp message, text message, or written offer details.

Competition Winners

• Returns and Exchanges
  Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned.
• Damaged or Defective Products
  If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. We may request photos of the item and will arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.
