Cancellation Policy

At Boutique Nails, we value our clients’ time and strive to ensure that every appointment runs smoothly. We understand that unexpected events may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To maintain a high standard of service for all clients and respect the time of our staff, we have implemented the following cancellation policy. By booking an appointment with Boutique Nails, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Standard Cancellation Notice

We kindly request that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with NO charge. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client on our waiting list.

Cancellation Fees
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service cost.
  • No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will result in the full-service amount being charged.
Exemptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will assess whether to waive the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling Appointments
  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment time. This helps us accommodate other clients and maintain our schedule. Rescheduling within this time frame will not incur any charges.
  • Rescheduling within 6 hours of the appointment will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to a 50% fee.
Late Arrivals

If you anticipate arriving late, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on how late you are, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note the following:

  • Arriving up to 15 minutes late: We may need to adjust the duration of your treatment to ensure that other clients are not affected with full payment charged.
  • Arriving more than 30 minutes late: Your appointment may be rescheduled/cancelled to accommodate waiting clients, and a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
Group Bookings and Special Events

For group bookings (two or more clients) and special events (e.g., bridal parties) To secure group bookings, we require a 50% deposit of the total cost at the time of booking. We need at least 5 days’ notice for rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations occur with less than 72 hours’ notice.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the total service cost for each group member.
Deposits and Prepayments
Deposit Requirements

For certain services or high-demand times, Boutique Nails may require a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.

Refunds
  • Deposits are fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation or rescheduling occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Please note that cancellations or rescheduling requests received outside of business hours may only be processed on the following business day.

Cancellations by Boutique Nails

While we do our best to avoid rescheduling or cancelling appointments, there may be rare occasions where this is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. If Boutique Nails needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer you the next available appointment time. You will not be charged any cancellation fees in these instances, and any deposits will be fully refunded or applied to the rescheduled appointment.
